Pre-Order Policy
At EMOHEM, many of our products are released through limited pre-order drops. This allows us to focus on quality, reduce waste, and ensure every piece is produced with care.
When you place a pre-order, you are reserving your item before production is completed. Payment is collected at checkout to secure your order.
Estimated production and shipping timelines will be displayed on each product page. While we strive to meet all estimated delivery dates, production timelines may occasionally be affected by manufacturing, shipping, or supply chain delays.
By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and accept that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed dates.
Shipping Policy
We currently ship throughout the United States.
Once your order has been produced, packaged, and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.
Estimated Shipping Times
Pre-Orders
- Production typically begins after the pre-order window closes.
- Orders are expected to ship approximately 4–8 weeks after the pre-order period ends.
In-Stock Items
- Orders are generally processed within 2–5 business days.
- Shipping times vary based on destination and carrier.
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. EMOHEM is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
Because many EMOHEM products are made in limited quantities and produced specifically for pre-order customers, all pre-order sales are considered final.
Returns
We currently do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selection
- Personal preference after delivery
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To assist with your claim, please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item
- A brief description of the issue
After review, we may offer a replacement, exchange, or store credit at our discretion.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders may be modified or canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
After this period, production planning begins and cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been handed to the shipping carrier, EMOHEM is not responsible for carrier-related delays, lost packages, or delivery issues. Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance with transit-related concerns.
